Fast, safe and easy handling of wind turbine nacelles
Fyns Kran Udstyr has developed a hydraulic tool that makes lifting, maneuvering and installation of wind turbine nacelles faster and safer.
Installing wind turbines can be a difficult task without the right equipment, which is where Fyns Kran Udstyr comes into play. The hydraulic tool is adjustable, so the nacelle's center of gravity can be changed and thus fit 100% when the nacelle must be placed on the tower. The tool increases safety, reduces risk and lowers operating costs.
The hydraulic nacelle tool has been developed and perfected over the past 15 years and to date more than 100 tools have been delivered to leading wind turbine manufacturers worldwide.
The yoke tool CE-approved and meets several standards and requirements for safety.

What does a test lift with 900 tonnes look like?
All types of hoisting and lifting equipment must be load tested. This also applies to our 'heavy lift' solutions. In this video you can see one of the TP tools being exposed to the enormous forces that occur when lifting tools like these are tested.
