We carry out inspections of all types of transportable ladders.

The requirement for a 12-month inspection of ladders is stipulated in the Danish Working Environment Authority's Executive Order 428.
Which ladders do we inspect?
Our inspection procedure is universal and therefore covers all brands. At the same time, they are 100% transparent as you can see exactly which steps we go through on each ladder, as our service technicians simply and efficiently create separate certificates for all pieces of equipment via our EasyCert system.
DS/EN 131
Ladders for normal use must meet the standard DS/EN 131. A ladder, however, must also be arranged in another equally safe way. DS/EN 131 was changed at the beginning of 2018, so ladders are now produced in a hobby edition and a professional edition. The Norwegian Working Environment Authority recommends that if ladders are used professionally in the future - they are expected to be at least at the level of the new standard for professional use. The Norwegian Working Environment Authority therefore recommends that when purchasing a new ladder, you choose the variant marked with DS/EN 131 – professional. Ladders manufactured and labeled according to the old standard can continue to be sold and used - until they are discarded.

Documentation when inspecting ladders
The Norwegian Working Environment Authority recommends that the inspection of ladders be registered with an indication of the outcome of the inspection. Information about completed inspections can also be added to the ladder itself in the form of e.g. sticker (or a label we mark the ladder with). This is not a legal requirement but good information for the user.
Our labeling is unique and all ladders are marked with our unique tag. It is printed directly from our service system EasyCert and contains the date of the last inspection, the date of the next inspection, our unique ID and, if you wish, it can contain your unique ID number or what else you may wish. The label also contains a QR code that easily gives you and our technicians easy access to all the history of the ladder in question.
Should we also help with the statutory inspection of your transportable ladders?
