We offer rebuilding, renovation and upgrading of most types of Overhead Cranes and Gantry Cranes regardless of the brand.
Save on maintenance
We minimize future costs for maintenance with both conversion and renovation.
Increase security
Get increased safety when you use your crane with upgrades such as radio control etc.
Save time and investments
When upgrading, rebuilding or renovating, you don't have to spend time on delivering a new solution.

Remodeling or renovation typically includes replacement of Electric or Chain Hoists as well as replacement or renovation of electrical and mechanical components.
A conversion or renovation provides an increase in the lifespan of an existing crane as well as a reduction in noise nuisance, increased safety and a smoother start/stop of the crane during a lift. If conversion requires it, our technical department will of course take care of the legally required CE marking and documentation.

Installation of radio control
A radio control of the crane gives the user many advantages. A wireless remote control usually takes place via radio waves and means that users can remotely control the crane or hoist, thus giving the user the opportunity to be able to stand at a safe distance from the load during the lift and the crane in operation.

Installation of overload protection
Overload protection protects the crane and users against dangerous overload situations. Lifts that exceed the crane's capacity (WLL – Working Load Limit / SWL – Safe Working Load Limit) are problematic for many reasons. Overloads lead to damage to the equipment and endanger the user. Overload protection works by registering the force of the load – when the load exceeds a preset percentage of the capacity (typically 100% or 125%), it intervenes so that the crane can only lower the load.

Display indicating the weight of the load.
With a display, you always have control over the weight of the load. The picture with the display was taken at one of our customers, here we installed 3 displays and 2 load cells that show the weight of the load lifted on a 2-gauge Overhead Crane. After installation, you can easily see what the load weighs in each hook - at the same time, it is also possible to see the total weight in the final display. Weigh cells including displays are a simple retrofit, which does not interfere with the existing construction of the crane.
