ERIKKILA PROSYSTEM® is a complete crane system for industrial environments with a focus on production efficiency, ergonomics and components of the highest quality. PROSYSTEM® Overhead Cranes handles loads up to 2000 kg.

PROSYSTEM® is based on three optimized steel profiles in sizes 125, 200 and 260. The profiles' unique design and strength ensure that maximum suspension distances can be achieved. This results in real savings due to a smaller steel structure, a smaller number of suspension components and a low installation time. The closed profile design also prevents the system from being exposed to dust. The profiles are surface-treated with impact-resistant powder coating. Standard profiles are supplied in lengths of 1-8 meters in RAL 1007 (yellow). Other colors and finishes are available on request.

All connections in the system are bolt connections, which make the system easy to install and adapt to changing layout needs. The integrated and patented trolleys are almost silent and have a rolling resistance of only approx. 1% of the weight of the load. PROSYSTEM® is also supplied with high-quality electrical equipment and good integration, including flat cables that run inside the profile as standard. The crane system can also be equipped with electric control. The crane can thus be controlled with a cable control, remote control or with a combination of these.
